Lux Vod – Return & Refund Policy (Australia)

 

At Lux Vod, we are committed to delivering premium, high-quality vodka products and exceptional customer service. Our returns and refund practices comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

 

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your purchase has a major failure, or if it is not of acceptable quality, unsafe, incorrectly described, or does not match the sample or packaging.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the issue is not a major failure.

We do not exclude or limit your rights under the ACL.

 

Returns for Faulty or Damaged Alcohol

We will provide a refund or replacement if:

- The bottle or packaging arrives damaged, leaking, or broken

- The product is contaminated, spoiled, or not safe to consume

- The product is significantly different from what was described

- You received the wrong item

 

To process a claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

- Photos of the product and packaging

- A brief description of the issue

 

Change-of-Mind Returns

Because alcohol is a consumable product, and due to safety and licensing requirements, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

This includes situations where:

- You no longer want the product

- You purchased the wrong flavour/size/variant

- You purchased the product as a gift and the recipient does not want it

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive the wrong product, incorrect quantity, or missing items, we will promptly arrange for the correct product to be sent or issue a refund.

 

Proof of Purchase

To approve any return or refund, we require proof of purchase through:

- Tax invoice

- Email receipt

- Bank statement showing the transaction

- Order confirmation number

 

Returning Goods

Where a return is required:

- Lux Vod will provide a pre-paid return shipping label

- Returned products must be in the original bottle, where applicable (unless unsafe)

- Returns must be packaged securely to avoid breakage in transit

 

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved:

- Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days

- Funds are returned to the original payment method

- You will receive an email confirming the refund
